RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because all of our products are made to order through a third-party print provider, we’re only able to offer returns or exchanges in cases where an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind), so please be sure to review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

 

If There’s a Problem with Your Order:

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.

       

Include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging, if possible​

 

We’ll work with our print partner to resolve the issue—typically through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
